参赛作品可由个人或团体提交

Entries can be submitted by individuals orgroups of individuals. 

个人参赛作品的提交者必须是在参赛截止日期当天年龄在18岁至34岁之间（即35岁以下）。

Individual entries must be submitted byindividuals aged between 18 and 34 years (i.e. under 35 years of age) on theclosing date for entries.

The competition is an opportunity tocelebrate the inventors, creators, entrepreneurs, and local communities aroundthe world whose innovations, creativity and use of IP rights are improvingpeople’s lives and safeguarding our planet in line with the SustainableDevelopment Goals (SDGs).

竞赛奖项

Competition prizes

• 一等奖：数码设备，最高价值为5,000瑞郎。

   First Prize: Digitalequipment to the maximum value of CHF 5,000.

• 二等奖：数码设备，最高价值为3,000瑞郎。

   Second Prize: Digitalequipment to the maximum value of CHF 3,000.

• 三等奖：数码设备，最高价值为1,000瑞郎。

   Third Prize: Digitalequipment to the maximum value of CHF 1,000.

• 人民选择奖：数码设备，最高价值为2,500瑞郎。

   The People’s ChoicePrize: Digital equipment to the maximum value of CHF 2,500.

• 前20名优胜作品将获得WIPO学院提供的培训机会。

   The top 20 winningentries will benefit from training opportunities offered by the WIPOAcademy.

Will bear no subtitles/captions.

允许使用阿拉伯文、中文、英文、法文、日文、葡萄牙文、俄文或西班牙文进行音频解说。音频解说应附有相关语言的时间编码脚本。

May include audio narratives in Arabic,Chinese, English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish. Audionarratives will be accompanied with a time-coded transcript in the relevantlanguage.

评选过程

The judging process

2024年世界知识产权日青年视频竞赛的评审团将评审所有参赛作品，选出前20名入围作。然后，2024年世界知识产权日青年视频竞赛的评审团将根据既定评选标准选出前三名视频。

The World Intellectual Property Day 2024Youth Video Competition Jury will review all entries with a view to selecting ashortlist of the top 20 entries. The Jury will then identify the top threevideos in line with established judging criteria.

视频的评审将围绕主题贴合度、主题阐释、原创性、创意、信息传递和视觉吸引力等方面进行。

Videos will be judged according to theiradherence to the theme, expression of theme, originality, creativity, messagingand visual appeal, among others.  

公众投票

Public vote

还将提交入围视频供网上公众投票，以确定“人民选择奖”的获奖作品。该奖项将授予在网上公众投票中得票最多的作品。

The short-listed videos will also besubmitted to an online public vote to identify the winner of the People’sChoice Prize. This prize will be awarded to the entry that receives the highestnumber of votes in the online public vote. 

网上公众投票将于2024年4月10日至21日开放。每人最多可投五票，可以依次投给自己最喜欢的作品。

The public vote will be open from April 10 to 21, 2024. Each person voting may cast up to fivevotes to indicate which entries they prefer.

参赛作品提交截止日期：2024年3月10日，中欧时间23:59。

Closing date for entries: March 10,2024, at 23:59 CET.

确定前20名入围作品的评选过程：2024年3月11日至19日。

Judging process to establish the shortlistof top 20 entries: March 11-19, 2024.

确定获奖作品的评选过程：2024年3月20日至22日。

Judging process to establish thewinners: March 20-22, 2024.

在竞赛平台上公布入围作品：2024年4月10日。

Publication of shortlisted entries on theCompetition platform: April 10, 2024.

网上公众投票开放，选出“人民选择奖”的获奖作品：2024年4月10日。

Opening of the online public vote to selectthe winner of the People’s Choice Prize: April 10, 2024.

网上公众投票截止时间：2024年4月21日，中欧时间23:59。

Closing of the online publicvote: April 21, 2024, at 23:59 CEST.

公布获奖作品：2024年4月26日。

Announcement of the winners: April 26,2024. 

参赛资格

Eligibility

个人参赛作品的提交者必须是在参赛截止日期当天年龄在18岁至34岁之间（即35岁以下）。

Individual entries must be submitted byindividuals aged between 18 and 34 years (i.e. under 35 years of age) on theclosing date for entries.

参赛者必须拥有视频作品的所有权利，并必须就视频可能使用的任何第三方内容已获得许可。

The participants must hold all the rightsin their video entry and must have obtained permission to use any third-partycontent that it may include.

视频作品不得是此前曾在网上发布过的，也不得在其他竞赛中得到认可和/或获奖。

The video entry must not have beenpublished previously online, nor recognized and/or won an award in anothercompetition.

视频不违反任何版权、商标、专利、商业秘密、工业品外观设计、显著标志、合同义务或任何其他知识产权，或任何第三方的其他所有权。

The video must not violate any copyright,trademarks, patents, trade secrets, industrial designs, distinctive signs,contractual obligations, or any other intellectual property rights, or otherproprietary rights of any third party.
